Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@shopbloominglotus.com. 

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can issue a prepaid return label for you to use to return your item and the cost of the label will be deducted from the store credit total or you can pay the return shipping costs on your own and store credit for the full amount of the return will be issued.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You have 7 days after requesting a return to send your item back to us.  Once the item is inspected and the return approved, store credit will be issued.  Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your returned package is received to process the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All swimwear, bodysuits, bralettes, and jewelry are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Tumblers and Warmies are also FINAL SALE items and non-refundable.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, store credit will be issued by email to the customer email address on record.
